John is a senior level retirement and wealth management consultant, with 38 years experience.
His philosophy is that in a world where the future is unknowable, that simple is sophisticated. He believes that advanced planning, investment consulting and thoughtful relationships result in goals-based investment strategies for those individuals and employers that value a long term approach for their families, employees and beneficiaries.
Also, John is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), He has worked with 401(k) plan sponsors and participants since 1994. Today, John is a member of Baird's Qualified Plan Consulting Group, comprised of only 3% of Baird advisors. In 1998, he was appointed to Smith Barney's Corporate Client Group's 401(k) Advisory Group, which included the firm's 70 most successful 401(k) consultants (out of 10,300 Financial Advisors).
John is a Nashville native, is married with one grown son that lives in Denver and served 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
